"This should not be a airport hotel. Approximately 9 miles away. Shuttle is only once per hour no matter the time if the day! You must sign up on the app both ways. It is 24 hours which is great but who wants to wait for the shuttle if you miss it, making uber an expensive proposition. There’s only two locations for pickup. Everything else was great though. "

"Pricey but right at the airport. Works so conveniently for us to come in by bus or CTA. Love eating at the bar restaurant. "

"Veronica at the desk was very nice and helpful. Grounds very clean. Hotel very very clean. Rooms very clean and smelled clean. Nice showers. Only thing I could suggest is getting better pillows. Or bring your own. Other than that I recommend it. "

"The condition of the room was extremely unkept. Would not recommend due to the room having dirty bathrooms and hair left on the bed. Would only stay in case of an emergency."

"Booked the hotel on Expedia, but when I arrive at the hotel I was informed the hotel was full and there was no rooms available! Happened to many multiple people. At least 5 other people/couples were in the lobby calling around to fix their booking or call other hotels to try and get a room. Horrible experience, especially when I had children with me who just wanted to go to bed. No sympathy "
