Cleanliness was great, hopefully there would be more improvements on the continental breakfast options. Staff were friendly and answered all questions. However, regarding the $100 deposit, it would have been nice if this was mentioned on the hotel booking site like expedia.

The front desk staff were very nice & helpful. They should be paid more. The property is old and worn. The outside doors do not lock -- anyone could walk in and up the stairs. Room was clean. Main reason to stay here is to park and leave your car while you uber to O'Hare. It's much cheaper to leave a car long term using Spot Hero than it is to park anywhere else near the airport.

Budget value.

Bedroom itself was pretty nice overall. Low pressure in the shower. Outside was not what i expected. Parking was a mess did almost get blocked in one morning. Know you will fight for a good parking spot. Overall good deal being outside the city for a good rate.
