「Threadbare breakfast overcooked. Needs major overhaul pit and jokes in roads. A real mess」

「Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Overall the hotel was nice. The decorating was a bit off putting and looked like it had been done in the 1970’s and never changed; orange and avocado green with brown carpet. If you can get past that it was a good place to stay. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of hot and cold choices. For me, the fact that it was open from 7:30 til 10 am was very nice. I would stay here again.」

「near the target shoping there is a good rasterant just cross the road there is a asia testurant , drive 5 mins just closed to the high way and guildford clean & confortable not bad」

「Very good 」

「Hot tub is unusable. Told the staff that it was dangerously hot and they dismissed us twice. It was hot enough that my leg turned red in just a few minutes. No one used it the entire four days we were there. The hot water in the rooms also could literally burn you if you weren't careful. I grew up in the industry and things like that indicate that the culture needs to be corrected.」

「Beautiful hotel ,wonderful staff Everyone so kind, great customer service and breathtaking views and delicious food!」

「Room was clean, staff was nice, breakfast was basic, could use more variety with coffee creamers.」

「Something unique about this place is a little barbecue patio they had at the top of the hill… It was a peaceful place to sit and chat with other hotel guests. It is enclosed in trees and very pretty.」

「An excellent choice for our brief stay in Old Saybrook. Clean, comfortable and very well maintained.」
