「We reserved an Executive room through expedia and paid for that, but we were checked in to a small basic room. We were told it was expedias fault. AC makes a big loude noise , so was disturbing sleeping, a small shampoo tube, but was half empty, carpet felt sticky and dirty.」

「After booking a suite with pet a week in advance, when we arrived at the hotel was told, " no pets in suite."」

「Positives: Helpful respectful staff. Allowed me to get a hour later on check out. The toilet had hair on it still when I got there and mini fridge looked aged as well as the tub/shower. I got the room king suite with the jacuzzi tub thinking it would be in the room. the pictures shown was not what was in the room. So that was an up-charge I wouldn’t have paid for knowing that. I’d say it was a 6/10 it did its job for the price.」

「This was our second time staying here...a year ago and this time. The hotel bar was fun with our group of friends we stayed with! The staff was friendly and accommodating! The drinks were good! The breakfast was VERY limited, so our group of 10 went to a restaurant for breakfast!」

「We did not know that they didn't clean rooms if you were staying more that one night. And they didn't replace towels. Got back to motel around 9pm called for towels and was told I needed to bring the dirty towels to front desk and they would give me fesh towels. Maybe short staffed, but they should have let us know. Staff was friendly.」

「We chose this place as a last minute one night stay. That being the case it was OK. It had almost equal points on the OK and Good side. On the good side, our room looked to be recently renovated. The paint, fixtures, bed, etc all seemed to have been done recently. There were however a few things that were missing, There was an ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer though it was mentioned as an amenity, and a light bulb was missing from the vanity light fixture. 「As a non- smoker, the entire facility reeked of cigarettes, even though only the Casino was "smoking ". The hallways smelled when you came in the side door from the parking lot. Our "non-smoking " room smelled and if you woke in the night, you were aware of the smell. Otherwise, the room was clean and modern. Except for the overused large upholstered chair that was dirty.」
