The staff was very friendly and greeted us every time we saw them. My room was spotless, the beds, pillows, indoor pool and housekeeping staff were wonderful! We had a 4 day stay here to visit family and will definitely stay here again! And yes, they are pet friendly! Thank you!

The room was clean. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar are permanently closed and there are very few guests at this hotel. Also, the jacuzzi hot tub is permanently removed. The breakfast was good.

The employees were very friendly. My friend and I spent New Year's Eve at this hotel in Davenport. The staff on the night and the morning were all very friendly, and the breakfast was amazing. The overall atmosphere was calm and cozy, and the price was reasonable.We even stayed longer after checking out to play pool in the lobby. Oh, and coffee was available everywhere: in the lobby, in the room, and in the kitchen.

the staff was friendly and helpful. room was clean, jacuzzi seemed fine but some of the controls were broke. the windows did not seal tight there for the wind was blowing through them causing it too "whistle" the breakfast was luke warm by the room was so cold by the time you got to your table it was cold. the last straw i had to have a deposit to stay. i already paid for the room and had to pay an additional deposit? this was not on the website when i reserved the room.

Clean room friendly staff had some games to play. The down side the advertised hot breakfast (eggs potatoes sausage) was hot enough for my liking and if you reserve online through third-party services you will be charged a separate $50.00 deposit at the hotel. If you weren't aware be warned. I was there with a limited amount of money. Because my sister was going to have surgery. But overall its a good place just not if you have a tight budget.
