"The hotel staff was not very welcoming or aware of the access. When I was directed to the indoor pool after 9pm to find the access locked, another person tried to redirect me back there. When I questioned them, they got frustrated and said I should know. There is limited lobby sitting options to gather, there are no table chairs on the courtyard. Looks nice but not practical to enjoy. Disappointed about the overall experience. "

"Excellent experience! Spacious room, great for families, pleasant lobby ambiance, nice restaurant onsite and also very well located. Outstanding complimentary breakfast with made to order omelet station and a cute make your own yogurt bowl station. The only downside I’d mention is that the room is served every other day. It wasn’t a big problem for us, but I wish it had been mentioned before. "

"Rooms are clean but dated. The shower drained very very slowly. Staff failed to tell us the our parking area would be closed at 7 am so were asked to move our car at 10 pm. I love the area of downtown Salt Lake, very convenient for downtown events. "

"Spcious room with a sofa. Clean. Good workabe desk. The design of the room leaves a bit to be desired, though. The vanity sink is located outside the bathroom right at the foot of the beds. If 2 people are staying in one room, the use of the sink and light disturbs the other person who are sleeping. "
