Worth to stay
"Cozy and comfortable. Service is good. However, the transport is inconvenient. The hotel should provide transport to the YiLan train station as only public transport once a day. And there should be triple rooms provided as we four people can only stay in a four people room."

"Great location with friendly staff. The check-in was a bit delayed because it was a long weekend. Food selection in the area is limited. Be ready to bring your own food if you have specific dietary needs."

"Good view from the hotel. The room itself it not so clean and is not maintained. Typical Taiwanese breakfast, which is ok. Feel strange which I called 2 days before checking in to check if they can provide a baby bed. It was a bit weird that I was informed that they can not find my booking record. ..."

"Overall was a great stay, again. We brought our 1 1/2 yrs old son with us, he had a wonderful time playing, again. Staff were nicely assisted us whenever we desired, room was clean and had prepared a crib, children bath tub and bottle sterilizer. The only thing I’d like to point out is the children bath tub, we didn’t use it at all was because the bottom of the tub, seemed not (never) cleaned, the pink fungus cause by over moisture were all over the bottom of the tub, maybe it is a great little detail to pay attention in the future. "As a hotel guest, the outdoor hot spring pools and access to the forest park for free. Our room was outdated, poorly lit had, and the air conditioner was not working properly. It overlooked the hotel pool which was filled with fallen leaves and moss.
The breakfast is located at another building (we had to walk over in the cold and rain) and the breakfast was mediocre. We had dinner at the Chinese restaurant located at B1, the service was good and the food was pretty good. Overall I give this resort B-."

Nice wifi, very clean.
The hot and cold springs inside the room is so convenient. Whole family love it! Highly Recommend!"
