GW当日でここしか無かったから泊まりましたが、意外と快適でした。 現地のファミリーが来るような場所で日本人はいない。 スタッフも親切で、市街地まで片道40分くらいはタクシーに乗りましたが、台湾はタクシーが安いのであまり気になりませんでした。

Most Enjoyable by Family Guests.

It suited to stay for family particularly with children as a lot of facilities for them. The overall breakfast was acceptable with variety of food of Asia stypes. But it was rather hard for elderly guests where there is some slopes to walk & without the lifts on supporting such as going to the hot spring pool or guest rooms. All to all, we were satisfaction of this staying 4 nights at this hotel.

不提供備品，現場牙刷旅行組售價100元。剛入住時馬桶即有前人的頭髮在馬桶緣。其他都不錯，已經來許多次，園區設施一直在進步中。

所有的服務人員態度都極好、整體設施也不錯。但整體入住時充滿各種噪音、尤其是吹葉機、摩托車等各種馬達聲，令人無法享受在飯店中的山野寧靜。往來車輛的排放空污也取代了住宿區原本應有的清新空氣。房間夠寬敞、景觀也好，但是例如缺乏漱洗台上的毛巾架或晾乾泳衣的晾衣繩等是可加強處。房間有煮水器、大廳也都備飲水機等是加分。大眾池夠大也設備很多，禁穿拖鞋，但婆婆反應磁磚或石頭等相當扎腳。裸湯區如果可以提醒會員們安靜些會令人更舒適

第一次住溫泉森林飯店那麼不清幽的，旅遊團進駐非常吵鬧，房間隔音超級差，可以清楚的聽到走廊說話聲、步伐聲，一大清早還在廁所聞到嚴重的煙味，連到森林步道都還可以遇到在抽菸的飯店人員……

親子房心得

親子房 （1）隔音差，一直聽到不知道哪裡來的嘣嘣聲。 （2）整潔度待加強，床上.浴缸都有毛髮。 （3）房間內的動物娃娃不能帶走，所以⋯感覺蠻髒的不知道有沒有清洗替換⋯ （4）房內沒有暖氣，冬天不太友善。 （5）房內空間大，附設溜滑梯、帳篷、飛鏢、童書、樂高、電視遊樂器。 （6）戶外溫泉區空間不大，假日可能會很擠。 （7）
