The only issues I have is the additional charge of $90 for "incidentals" when you can pay for extras when you get them. Also the hot tub was cold. 「Super cool. I was bummed that the newer rooms have less "character" than the older rooms. Also, we were never able to connect our computer to the tv due to a bad internet connection. And, the air conditioning was either too hot or too cold...we could never get the right temperature in the room.」

The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these...

「One of the cleanest hotel rooms I’ve stayed in. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a yummy bonus. We were there Fri and Sat night and the person running the breakfast was on point and super kind. The room was quiet and we slept well. The parking is great being all around the building with easy access. My sister and I enjoyed it so much that when we come back to Boulder in a couple months for another event we set ourselves and other family up to stay...
