「When we arrived there were blood stains on our sheets so we had to call the front desk for new sheets, we got them and had to remake the bed and underneath it the mattress was so dirty and the mattress was horrible quality very old and lumpy, mushy. The restaurant waiter, Alex was rude to our family on two separate occasions we ended up walking out of the restaurant the second night due to him. 「The air conditioning was good. The bed and bedding was good. The shower was not draining. The pool was not open. The walls outside of our room had dirty fingerprints. The walkways and railings were dirty and banged up. Staff was good, but it was extremely frustrating for us that the pool was not open. The pool was clearly cleaned. You need to get the part for the disabled lift as soon as possible. The only reason we selected your hotel was because you had a pool.」

「Where to begin? Absolutely, hands down worst stay in a hotel, ever. First we couldn’t even get in, because of drunk idiots in the parking lot that refused to move. It was after midnight and we were exhausted already and then to have to ask people to move out of the way 4 times? Which proved to be a waste. Because the front desk girl, although kind, misguided us that there was ample parking in the back. Well there was none and no way to turnaround which left us to have to backup a 26’ uhaul with...

「Staff members were all friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, and though the hallways are due for new carpeting, I saw the maid vacuuming the carpet edges so at least the old carpet seems cleaned well. Also saw a maid mopping the rooms floors, so that's good. The breakfast is a bit too basic (re: only serve eggs and turkey bacon, yuck, on weekends), but as the price is relatively reasonable, rooms are clean, and staff is pleasant, we'll likely stay there a third time.」

「This was a decent hotel. The first room we were given smelled like smoke but they gladly gave us another room. The second room was a lot nicer than the first one.」

「Both the outdoor pool and hot tub were not working. We specifically chose this hotel for the outdoor pool. They didn't even have lounge chairs outside to sit on. Rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which is fine but they only give you towels for 1 day. We needed to go to the front desk every day for towels which is ridiculous. Lighting in the room was terrible.」
