「We needed a handicap room in which I requested when I booked the hotel. We were assigned a non-handicap room. I asked staff if they can switch us because for one the tub/shower had no handrails. They advised me that being that we booked through a 3rd party we are not guaranteed the type of room I requested. We were stuck in this room for a couple of days with no effort to accommodate us. So I noticed everyone leaving their towels outside of rooms so we did. Then when I asked for towels again they wanted me to bring the dirty towels to the front desk. Then they left a note from Management by my door the next day saying don’t leave the towels outside in the hall n there will be a 25.00 charge for trash being left outside of the room I...
