「橋景景觀很好，最初只給我二樓，要問才給高層，雖然是全統裝修，一般也可以，只是房內沒有雪櫃有點可惜。」

「酒店位置不错，就在海德公园旁边，附近有2个地铁站。订的双床房，房间很小，刚入住插电时保险丝烧坏，房间没电了，也修不好，给我们临时换了大床房，结果连住几天也没有服务员给我们换回双床房（请改进）。酒店没有冷空调，被子还很厚，走廊都比房间凉快，睡觉一身汗太难受。」

「非常適合參加各種一日遊行程的人，起點都在住宿附近的coach station,回程都在飯店附近下車，超級方便！福建坐公車也很方便，飯店人員也都很願意幫忙！記得入口是階梯，但有個按鈕可以請求飯店人員幫忙，或是走上去請飯店人員協助就好！」

「Second time here, mainly for the london eye view. Location is great. But service was really …merely acceptable. Slow, cold, not so friendly. Lower your expectation on warm and welcoming service. Otherwise, all good. 」

「It was lovely to stay at this hotel where it's very close to King's Cross station. Room is not very big but enough for 2 people. Staffs are very helpful regarding to luggage storage after checking out. £3 per luggage. Overall it's a nice stay at Point A hotel King's Cross!」

「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. However we were offered a different on the next day, which was so quiet and even a bigger room. We really appreciate they made this room change for us. The room is clean and...

「Very convenient location. 10 minutes walk to station. Quite dirty room. The mattress has large dust and hair, seems didn’t change. The washing room is very difficult to control the water temperature and we merely use mild water temperature to wash our bodies. The room is small, just enough for you to put one big luggage. The windows is broken and use tape to stick it. You must be very thin in order to access the corridor. 」

「We booked a two nights staying but they downgraded us to a smaller room and claim the one we’ve booked is not available. And my son have left his passport in the room safe and we called for assistance after we’ve checked out. Front desk staffs not responding with well and quick, just keep saying nothing found. It’s my bad to have left belongs not checked but expecting they can help.」

「Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value.」
