Excellent reception staff, offered assistance in booking packaged tour, ordering train tickets, offering directions. etc. I would book this hotel if I return to Taipei. And, recommend the hotel to friends visiting Taipei. "

"Parts of the property is under construction so there’s noise btw 10-5pm & that’s the main reason it’s only a 4 star. I would’ve change my res but it was too late but I’m glad I didn’t. "The room is large and simply but nicely decorated. Nice plush robes and slippers to use. Shower and a large tub (that you can sit in and watch tv at the same time!). 24 hour snacks, coffees, waters AND chocolate soft serve icecream - got weak in the knees when we found this out! Overlooks a school, but is been surprisingly quiet considering we are in the ❤️ of Taipei. "
