「以CP值來看, 整體還可以, 衣櫃有點舊和失修所以開合時發出聲嚮很大, 浴窒的淋浴只有冷水, 但有一個小熱水器在旁, 可惜這小熱水器的花灑出水很小, 以致洗澡時感覺非常不便. 天台的泳池真的不錯, 旁邊還布小CAFE可以吃東西.」
