Agent Abas competent and accommodating, very helpful and responded quickly to requests. Housekeeping staff Mia and Kasum very diligent and cleaned well but not the second cleaner who was on her own. Good view. The unit was on the 29 th floor and at the end of a long corridor not very conducive for a 92 year old woman with a walker. Also, there were no accessibility features like a rail in the bathroom or toilet.

There is tourist tax and cleaning fees not shown on the booking and are add on later. This is an apartment leasing so expect the fees to be high. Not worth for short term stay as cleaning fees are same regardless 1 night or 10 nights. Lastly the Aircon compressor are making vibration noise. If light sleeper you can avoid this place

It was a nice, large two bedroom apartment with beautiful views. We are a family of five, so it was a very comfortable stay. We did have some slight complications at check-in, but take partial responsibility since we did not email the host 24 hours prior to our stay. The staff at the building were ultimately able to pinpoint our host & help us with check-in which we were super thankful for since we arrived in the wee hours of the morning. The apartment is attached to a large mall, which has everything that you would ever need. Unfortunately, I had a medical emergency while in Kuala Lumpur, but luckily there was an emergency room steps from the apartment that gave me excellent care. We did experience trouble with the AC in the master bedroom & with the television, but the host did fix both issues in time. He also did allow us to stay beyond our checkout time, but for a fee. There was a lovely, large pool and exercise room & a huge observation deck on the roof.

FINE PRINT - IN CASH CLEANING FEE & DEPOSIT

Made & paid for the booking 2 weeks before the stay. Upon check at 10pm, I was requested to pay cleaning fee in CASH, else the electricity will be disconnected at 12noon the next day. He showed me the cleaning fee was required in the FINE PRINT. Would have choose Velocity Hotel instead of apartment, as it cost almost the same price. REMEMBER TO CHECK OUT THE FINE PRINT. Airbnb has all payment listed out clearly and paid through its portal. Why have to pay cleaning fee in CASH separately? Afterall, the location is good.

Unreasonable cleaning fees

There's a mandatory RM 60 cleaning fee per day in the small print. Yes, even for a day. Very misleading especially for people that need to work within a certain budget. They should put it in the daily room charge instead.
