"Property staff were nice, they provided pet bowls and were welcoming to pets. They were also nice enough to waive cancellation fees for second night stay, once we decided to leave early due to room conditions and transfer to another hotel. The AC was out, and they noted there are works being completed on the hotel. Would not recommend or stay again."

"Was initially given a room with a view of a wall in a internal courtyard. After complaining they gave me a higher floor with a partial view of the city. Hotel is wedged into an awkward spot so only premium rooms have views. Pool was closed. Location v central but too many ppl there"

"The experience was so memorable that I ended up staying here twice during my trip—that says it all. The location is fantastic: close to everything, just steps from Atocha, with multiple metro stations nearby (Embajadores and Estación del Arte are both within an 8-minute walk). If you’re planning to rent a car, there’s even a Sixt office right across the street, which is very convenient. The service is exceptional, the rooms are very comfortable, and the hotel offers great amenities including parking, a gym, a pool, and a fantastic terrace and rooftop area. Room service was quick, and the food was consistently delicious. Overall, an excellent experience in Madrid. I would definitely stay here again."
