「Beautiful place to stay. I will be staying at the Lokal again. Short walk to beach, stores, restaurants....perfect location. If we needed anything, just a text away. Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. We stayed with 5 people and having two bathrooms was a dream come true:) Thank you for a nice time away. 」

The location was convenient to everything. The check in process was super smooth and Christian is very nice and helpful. 「Good: First off this apartment is super convenient to convention center and beach. Everything we wanted to do was an easy walk. The owner/manager was pretty communicative and tried to help out issues that arose during our stay. It was clean and smelled pleasant. Bad: Not handicap accessible as a former handicap person it's something I pay attention to.
