「房间太小了。家庭房，把沙发床打开后，基本就把房间占满了，比图片宣传的空间要小。房间很干净，早餐随选择不多，但准备的很用心。服务人员耐心热情。入住退房都很快捷。紧邻购物中心，加油购物吃饭都很方便，不必去市区。」

「Nothing wrong with it except that I was suppose to be booking a Best Western Hotel, but while it is indeed a Best Western, they put me in a another small house next to the main Best Western building. There are 4 rooms in the small house and is 30 seconds walk away. It does not feel like I am living in a Best Western hotel.」

「We had a good one night stay here. The House is within a couple of blocks of both the bus and train stations. Just be aware that there is not an elevator; we dragged outer heavy bags up three flights. We were there in a beautiful summer Saturday night, so there was a lot of noise from parties down below; this is the only negative thing about this property and would likely not be as bad any other night of the week. There was a small well equipped kitchen on the third floor, but the second floor...

「地點很好，在火車站對面的路走一段就到，飯店另一側面對河。 當天訂面河景觀房間，但check in說沒有，飯店人員說不知道為何我們訂得到，有升等到二樓房，但沒感覺很好，房間有點味道，清潔度不好，浴室不通風，有味道，房間空間很小～ 早餐內容很簡單，6：30-9：30是用餐時間，不到9：30蛋就沒了，也不會補，水果感覺不新鮮、但房間內有冊子說是6：30-10：00。 不像4星飯店～ 櫃檯人員白天的服務態度佳，晚上check in的那位普通～ 非不得已不會想再來住」

「Good environment! Can see Inverness castle and the river right in front of us! The room is nice and well equipped! The breakfast was running out at 8:30am so we couldn’t get much. Not worth to buy breakfast if you get up after 8am. 」

「Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. 」

「The apartment was spacious and clean other than the carpets throughout, they were gross. I would stay here again but I hope they are able to replace the flooring. 」
