「這次碰上大樓維修，電梯停用了！退房當天只能走臨時搭建、僅供單人通行的樓梯下樓。還好我們沒有帶大型行李，真是萬幸，感謝老天保佑！另外，建議大家自行準備毛巾，會比較安心喔！」

「整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间 不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了； 酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫； 无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店」

「This place has a great location, but other than that, it is not worth it. The rooms are pretty small. The bathroom is smaller than those from a cruise. One person at a time. No signs outside with the name of the place. Make sure to remember the number. The AC is very weak and takes forever to cool down the room. Summers in Madrid are pretty hot. Again, for the price, there are a lot of other places better than this one.」
