"Property was in a great location and had clean rooms. Staff were friendly and check in and out was easy. The pre-order breakfast option was a great addition."
"This is a horrible place. The description is completely wrong! It says there is air conditioning and heating. NONE is true. There is a small battery operated fan. There is no power in this room, no water. Beds are super uncomfortable making noises in each move. Shared bathroom is a JOKE! There is one bathroom, for about 500 people. It is nasty and dirty. Expedia MUST remove this property or completely rewrite the description. Very misleading. This is basically a tent in a large campground...

"We had a great stay here. The room was very big and clean, and the staff were very friendly. They had a room next to the lobby with coffee and popcorn that was free to the guests and had live music when we were there. They also had an assortment of different games in the lobby that we didn't get to try out. The location was also very nice since it was right across the street from the grocery store, and the street had many dining options and a gift shop."
"This was a great place to stay near the Paradise side of MRNP. We stayed in the A-frame, which was super nice. When we first arrived, we were without hot water, but the staff worked on it until it was fixed. Parking was great. The room was very clean.
Also, make sure to make a reservation at the Ukrainian restaurant. It was delicious!"
"We stayed one night. Exhausted from the mountain climbing, we were happy to find fridge and microwave in the room so that we could keep our food for the next day in cold and warm up a fast dinner without going out. But there were quite a few restaurants nearby in walking distance, so it can be convenient if anyone want to have formal meal.
The night is extremely quiet and I love to see all green trees outside the window. The lodge are all hardwood floored. So, if someone check into the room late, you will hear the steps because there is no elevator. But, it seems the clients all act fast, at least during the night we stayed."
"We spent two nights at Alta Crystal Resort while visiting Mount Rainier and really enjoyed our stay. It’s just over 2 miles from the park entrance and tucked into a beautiful, tree-covered setting.
The pool area is such a nice place to relax after hiking. We saw people lounging poolside with books and others enjoying the hot tub, but my favorite was the cedar barrel sauna. HEAVENLY! It heated up to around 170° pretty quickly and felt absolutely amazing after a long day of hiking.
We stayed in a Queen Loft, which had a full kitchen, dining and living area, smart TV, and a wood stove. They even provided firewood and fire starter. The balcony was especially nice in the morning. The bedroom itself was small but comfortable, the shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water, and they provided plenty of regular and pool towels. Even the toiletries smelled great and were made with natural ingredients.
The little store onsite was convenient for snacks and small necessities—we actually needed a razor, so that was appreciated! There’s also a water bottle filling station, which was perfect before heading out for the day, and plenty of parking.
Overall, a cozy and convenient place to stay when exploring Mount Rainier, and that sauna alone was worth it!"
"The yurt was fantastic, and the weather was perfect for it. Super clean, ample parking, everything you need. Just bring your own towel and the shower is a bit far from the tents. Bathrooms were clean. Sites are well spaced out. The host that checked me in was beautiful...I'd marry her in a heart beat. The guy directing traffic was super helpful. Will definitely stay there again! Highly recommended!"
