Excellent customer service. The rooms were really clean and cute. Sheets smelled wonderful. They were very accommodating. We only had the chance to sleep a few hours there but will definitely come back to experience everything they had to offer.

I didn't realize this was an off-season ski resort when I booked a place near Mt. Rainier. It was fine. Anyone wanting easy access to the Sunrise area of the National Park would do well to stay here.
Staff were very friendly and the restaurant was accommodating with good food. Rooms were clean and the patio was lovely in the evenings and mornings. During a heat wave they felt hot and stuffy-bring a fan. A bit pricey for what you get, but the convenience makes it a solid choice.

Not a good place for anyone with walking difficulty. Room was very small, no table, no soundproofing. Food was excellent, everyone was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Lots of natural beauty!
This was a lovely location to explore Mt. Rainier National Park. At the end of the day, the restaurant offers a variety of options, all of which were very good.
Small but clean room with beautiful views of the mountain and only steps away from the ski lifts. No maid service, though.

Would stay again, customer service was great
Typical on the mountain ski hotel. Great customer service, but the room could’ve been a bit more clean. Overall, I didn’t mind since I didn’t spend too much time in the room anyways, I would stay again. Great views out of the balcony.

All the staff were very courteous and helpful. When booking through Expedia is not clear the exact location of the building so I had to walk 200 yards with my Ski gear then up the stairs to get to the ski lift. Whereas I could’ve booked a room with the same company right at the ski lift or 100 yards closer anyway. The drivers of the buses who come through the parking lot in between that hotel, and the ski lodge are ruthless and will run over you before thinking about it. And the parking lot attendance seem to favor the buses over the pedestrians. The front desk staff was amazing. The cleaning staff was amazing. Although when I first came into the corridor, there was an overwhelming smell of cleaning fluid to the point that it almost made me sick. The room was very nice and clean itself. The village Inn restaurant was excellent. The food was excellent. The service was excellent, but again I could’ve booked a room in the same building and just walked a few steps to the restaurant, but that information or choice was not given at booking.
The property is beautiful and remote, but you know that from their website. The staff was terrific.
The only thing I would like to add is it would be nice to have a full length mirror and a box of tissue.
Ski trip. Room is clean, compact, and comfortable, and a 1200 ft walk to lifts. Property is older but well maintained, and rooms are updated. Walls are a bit thin but place is quiet at night. Don't expect 4-star luxury, the place has a ski-lodge vibe including a common "living room" space upstairs. Refrig in room was appreciated. Easy parking in front of hotel building. Restaurant and pub across parking lot are only dinner options, but are good and average priced. We would stay again.

We stayed for 3 nights as we were visiting Rainier national park and it was very convenient for that.
We had a very friendly and helpful welcome and generally the team members we spoke to during our stay were super helpful.
The room had a nicely updated bathroom, but was otherwise a bit tired. Housekeeping had done a wonderful job making sure it was as clean as it could be, although long term stains in the carpet suggest it should have already been replaced. Bed was comfortable and we didn't have any problems with noise, but there weren't that many people staying.
The breakfast offered was basic, but there was plenty. The team member on the first day was super organised and nothing ran out before it was replaced. Disappointing with someone else the following two days when we, and others, had to keep going to find them and ask for different things as they hadn't been put out, that individual definitely gave the impression they didn't care.

Overall the stay was good but for the price paid 300/night, it was expensive. One thing that was particularly dissapointing was that we had chosen the property with breakfast inclusion on Expedia. The hotel charged extra for sunday breakfast saying that they charge for sundays. Not sure if it is the hotel property or Expedia's mistake but doesn't leave a good impression. But besides that, location was fantastic and the staff was very responsive.
