"I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was a great spot to relax, and the overall facilities were top-notch. What really stood out to me, though, was the exceptional service - despite the hotel's international clientele, I never felt like I was treated differently as a local. The staff's warm and attentive approach made me feel right at home. If you're looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. It's truly one of the best experiences I've had en Puerto Vallarta. "

"Seems they do their best to provide a good hotel experience at a very low level facility. It’s not a wanna return to stay place sorry to say. The food/restaurant options are at best cafeteria type dining experience. The staff are attentive and try to help hotel guests as best as they can. Overall, it is not a place I’d return to stay."

"Everything about this place was amazing from the staff to the food. I’ve stayed at some of the bigger resorts like the Rius in cancun so if that’s what your looking for this isn’t it. Hacienda Buenaventura has more of a personal feel to it. Definitely smaller and older but I think that’s what makes it special and gives it character. Food was amazing and I think it’s because they’re not cooking for thousands of guests each meal so the quality is the best I’ve had at an all inclusive resort. Staff was awesome and everyone we interacted with was nice and they remembered us each day. I would definitely stay here again "
