「The room is big and the city is lovely. but it's really really troublesome to park the car due to the hotel is located in ZTL zone. You have to park your car somewhere outside of the old town, and walk to the hotel to figure out how to park, then get a green card from the reception to display it on your windshield to avoid being fined by the police when drive in to unload the luggage, then drive out of the old town to find a parking space, then walk back to the hotel (6-8 mins walk). Gorgeously restored historical property nestled in their own olive grove, caring attentive staff, and a young chef creating absolutely delicious new takes on traditional Tuscan classics. We walked around the grounds, did some stargazing, and enjoyed the personal attention and the cooking class. 12/10, 3 thumbs up, 6 stars. Can't recommend it highly enough. 「Easy to find hotel and parking, although you do have to walk up a steep hill to get to hotel, fine for us and our children. The rooms are amazing, cute and quaint. They were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We traveled from Naples to Dubrovnik stopping in Tuscany for a few nights and this was one of our favorite stays! It was so beautiful! A great central location for all the towns we wanted to visit. Breakfast was delicious with a great view! Highly recommend! If we ever make it back to...

On top of the that, the resort is very convenience for tourist attractions, such as San Giminignano, Siena and factory outlet. 「Great hotel in middle of Montepulciano ancient city, our hosts were very pleasant and helpful, Roberto is super fun to talk with and shared me lots of tips for rest of trip in Italy. The terrace on top of the building is special, you can find mature trees growing on it, very quiet place to have breakfast and chill during evening. Very happy I booked that hotel, would go back without hesitation. PS: do not enter the ZTL zone with car !」
