「Everyone are nice and kind, room is tidy and clean. 」

「Very clean room and the staff was very nice and helpful.」

「Not as clean as I would expect for a prestige hotel. Very disappointed. However it was very very hot during our stay. Our room was cool and comfortable and the ice water in the lobby was amazing!」

「good」

「Sandman hotel has been a disappointment for us. As soon we checked in, we found out the pool has been closed for maintenance. That's one of the main reason why we were willing to pay 50% more for the kids to enjoy. The bathroom was dirty with hair all over the floor, door and shower walls. The bathroom fan wasn't working and as a result mold was on the ceiling. The worst part, the bedroom was 30' away from the train tracks and 2 nights we were barely abto to get any sleep due to constant train...

「Clean rooms」

「Was great evening close to Keycity theatre for walking」

「Good overall. Enjoyed the stay」

「Nice pool and hot tub.」

「Hot tub and pool was the highlight. Room was nice, a bit dated but clean and the kitchenette was nice to have.」

「The room was very clean, however the property was not appealing. Was selected due to price. Location was convenient to restaurants and shopping.」

「Large clean rooms and having the bar and kitchen on site was great.」

「Lovely spacious and comfortable room and bed.」
