"One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The room smelled. The mattress was uneven. This is a high rise building and none of the elevators were working. The hair dryer didn’t work. The TV would not fully turn off—it was glowing all night. They were overbooked and were turning away people who had confirmed reservations. Do not stay here. "

"There was no place to put your car when we got there to check in. No help or carts for bags. It was SO loud. The room was gross. There was mold all over bathroom. The floor was disgusting with sticky goo all over the rug. The rooms next to us were so loud until about 530am slamming doors and yelling and screaming. AC did not cool down the room and no windows to open."

"Few things. 1. EV charging? No.. it's a wall plug. Booked because it was EV charging - it's not. Charged us $25 for the night for parking as well. 2. Pets allowed - sure.. $85 USD. 3. Booked a king bed, got there - put us in two doubles. Not a great experience at all. Will never go back."

"The hotel was nice a little "tired". The pool was dirty and full of hair😬 the bar was Way understaffed and the waiters were making their own drinks ( not very well) while trying to wait on way too many tables"
