「Muy buen lugar y buena ubicación」

「Hotel was excellent highly recommend it. Suggest to call the hotel to have a better understanding of where the room is located if it is your first time as some rooms are not part of the palace. Staff was excellent and it being our first time in Getxo/Bilbao, they were very helpful and informative with great recommendations for sightseeing, shopping & dining.

「Overall is ok except for the bed too soft letting people sleeping feel kind of unsafety.」
