「Fabulous place in a lovely location. We had a brilliant stay and the hotel could not do enough to help us. They allowed us to check out a couple of hours later as we had struggled to get transport back from Bilbao, they also made us packed lunch (for a small fee) on departure even though the restaurant was closed. Couldn't recommend enough」

「Un hotel precioso, con un entorno en la naturaleza, Todas las habitaciones son muy bonitas y originales. La bañera de hidromasaje increíble. Todo el personal muy amable y cercano. El desayuno espectacular. Totalmente recomendable.」

「Solo puedo escribir cosas buenas, en especial destacamos a la propietaria, super atenta y super amable! Ha sido una estancia corta pero repetiremos seguro más días. El lugar es ideal para desconectar o mejor aún, para conectar con la naturaleza. Destaco también la comida y sus opciones veganas y vegetarianas. Sin olvidarnos de la perrita, un amor.」

「Lovely hotel. Not sure it warrants four stars, but very friendly and clean. One thing, the windows open outwards with the opening starting only 6 inches from the floor on the third floor with a nothing to stop someone falling out. I have a photo but cant upload. Sorry.」

「房間非常的小，但是看起來乾淨，旅館的服務人員素質不太一樣，有些很好，有些沒那麼好！當場加早餐，付過錢了，但是最後一天要離開的時候又要跟我們要一遍，好險有溝通，後來沒有收，但是每次去吃早餐的時候有付錢，不知為何電腦系統還會記錄沒付」

「Perfecto, sitio tranquilo, limpieza , desayuno buffet completo. Por comentar algo, solo que no existe servicio comedor, y no hay cerca nada (a pie). 」

「Excelente ubicación, en el Casco Viejo. Dan precio preferencial en estacionamientos que están aproximadamente a 500 metros. Sólo sugeriría que fuesen más claros con las instrucciones para estacionar y llegar. Las instalaciones son adecuadas 」

「Bad service and accommodation for the price! For a new hotel the room is extremely badly designed. No socket for the kettle, constant buzzing sound from the electric box and poor drainage in the shower leading to a bad smell. Cleaning is also bad. Used toothpick found in the sink area and left there for four days. Mugs left unwashed. Coffee/amenities in the room not topped up. Breakfast is not worth the money and runs out of food at least an hour before breakfast is due to finish, staff very...
