"Misleading advertisement and management didn’t respond when we complained. I booked a cabin via hotels.com at Finca el Mazo for my family including our two young children. It was advertised as being family friendly with lots of activities including swimming pool, football, games room and basketball. "Taylor hotel is amazing. Absolutely wonderful every single staff member. Service was outstanding. Room was comfortable. We were in Bilbao during festival. There were a lot of people on the streets near hotel during the night. However, soundproofing was so good that we did not hear anything. Hotel provide voucher for free drinks from their bar, and it was good. We did not have breakfast, so I cannot comment on that. We loved Bilbao. Hotel is in the old town, conveniently located. We strongly recommend Taylor hotel."
