「This is a lovely hotel. The location is beautiful on the water, the restaurants and staff were awesome, the front desk was helpful and friendly and the rooms are comfortable and clean.
The pet situation is great too. There is easy access to a nice grass area for the dogs too.
I don’t know how we have missed this on our Jacksonville trips but we will be back! Thank you」

「Such a convenient location, right in the middle of so many Jacksonville tourist destinations (restaurants, museums, shopping). Upon check-in, the parking lot was spacious with both standard parking spaces and electronic vehicle chargers available. The staff was so friendly and showed us to our room, room one on the second floor with a beautiful view of the area. The rooms are spacious, amenities plentiful, and we enjoyed the comfort of the room. The next morning, we enjoyed a cooked to order...
