「The room was amazing! It was spacious, comfortable, clean, new, open plan and just a beautifully designed room. The service was second to none... nothing was too much to ask of them and want to give a special mention to Lorenzo & Martina. They were always on hand to help with anything we needed! Location couldn't be more perfect also... it was in the heart of the old town and everything was easiliy accessable. When returning to Verona, I'll be staying at Homy Livia again! 」

「Hotel muy nuevo, con habitación y baño actuales. Está justo al lado de la estación de tren. Nosotros llegamos por la mañana y ya nos dieron la habitación, lo cual agradecimos muchísimo. Andando al centro se tarda entre 15 y 20 minutos. 」

「Abbiamo gradito la posizione dell’hotel, si trova a due passi dal lungolago. La colazione molto varia, non manca nulla come per la cena. La spa bellissima. L’unica cosa un pò scomoda é che eravamo in una parte d’hotel lontana dalla zona ristorante e spa.」

「Lovely hotel in a lovely city. The hotel is located within 10-minute walking distance of the city's main attractions, and very neatly decorated. The breakfast is awesome with lots of customisable options.」

「Positive: Room is clean and reasonable size, breakfast has good selection, staff speaks good english. Negative: Lack of adaptors, definitely need cars to live in this place because it is far away from everywhere, late check in 3:00pm.」

「Waren zum vierten Mal hier. Zimmer lag in der 1. Etage. War dieses Mal sehr unruhig, da über uns ständiges Getrampel und alle 2 Stunden ging ein Generatore oder ähnliches an , was genervt hat. Ansonsten alles perfekt. Personal, egal wo , immer sehr höflich. Hotel kann man nur weiter empfehlen. 」

「General condition in the hotel is fine」

「Hotel room is excellent, it is modern and clean. The staff service is ok, however, communication to the staff regarding parking was difficult, hotel told me to drive to a specific street for valet parking, because it is in ZTL, however, when I arrived at the street, there was no one there. I had to call the hotel for someone to walk to my car for valet service, I ended up blocking the one way street for 15mins. This is the only area that i am not satisfied with.」

「I love this hotel so much. it is very near the bus stop and the castle. They also provide free bicycle rental. I riding bicycle to travel. The room is clean and the breakfast is also good. i view the sunrise with the lake when i am having breakfast.」
