「This property was really well put together exotic in every way. The outdoor shower the cleanliness of the place was really good. We were comfortable and supported by staff. Property is super close to the beach 10 minute walk and their sister property is literally around the corner from the beach. Thank you for a great stay!」

「The place does not look anywhere near the photos, communication was absolutely horrible I sat inside my car for 3hrs early in the morning trying to get into the property to then find out if was given the wrong code, me and my friend both woke up with a bad allergic reaction eyes swollen face swollen 2 out of the 3 days which i think was coming from the millions of red ants that were coming in I asked for early check out to possible be able to go to another place and was denied a refund!! I...

「Really nice room in the heart of old San Juan. The check in process is pretty choppy without there being someone actually checking you in, no flexibility on the 4pm check in which is pretty late. Also employees were really loud outside in the common areas at like 6:30-7am which woke me up and likely others. 10am checkout is a bit too early as well. For the price though it’s definitely good, would stay here again but request early check in and late check out」
