"This place is amazing ! We were stranded in Chicago due to terrible storms and all flights headed to the east coast were canceled . The manager here , credited the next night , when we were finally able to arrive, with our reservation from the previous night, having a complete understanding of the situation.They were so kind and hospitable to us , especially after an entire night of booking, canceling and rebooking (3 times!!) and then not having our luggage arrive. I appreciate them doing this instead of charging us for a new reservation . Very kind indeed and shows excellent and gracious public relations.
