「I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? Now if I had gone in, in person and my card couldn't be processed, then I would understand it being canceled.. I booked this room in January and had the funds to pay at check in.. I asked if...

「All around wonderful hotel!! From check in to the courteous staff, to the clean rooms, the spacious pool area (the pool itself was a tad small) but they had fresh towels out there, music playing, and a kiddie pool. Breakfast was also wonderful, with literally all kinds of yummy options. When coming through Rockport this will now be our go to hotel! And we've stayed at several in the area.」

「We stayed here because we were traveling with our two big dogs. There was plenty of room for us to have both their beds in the room. Big area for the dogs to use the bathroom.」

「All was good. The lobby lady was so nice, it started raining and we were a few hours early from check in but she let us eat our food in the lobby and was so welcoming. Great location right across from the beach. 」

「The place was good for our family and small dog. Near places to eat, not far from the beach and accessible to retail shops. The pool was nice along with the hot tub and breakfast was nice too. Staff were all very friendly. Comfy beds, comfy rooms and we felt it was a perfect stay for our pet.」

「For the price the motel is decent. Keep in mind if you rent the top room 3 beds. It’s above the owners home. If you have kids, this isn’t for you. I got a complaint we “were making too much noise” felt like we were walking on eggshells to not make noise. Pool is nice.」
