Pool area was clean. We watched the hot tub be drained, cleaned and refilled quickly. Gym area was clean, bathrooms on the lower level were spotless! "

"I was very impressed by the young man working I had came to him and told him I believe my room was not cleaned properly before I checked in and I showed him the pictures I had taken and then he took a picture of them and told me he would let his manager know and then moved me to a different room and we both inspected it.
