"it was a nice stay but too quick. we asked for late stay at the check in counter and guy said we can stay one more hour after checkout but they still kicked us out pretty much too early "

"I couldn't get checked in, never got a room due to the poor service I received from the man at the front desk. After this experience I wouldn't let my worst enemy stay here. He kept saying I needed to call someone to get my reservation approved and that he didn't have it. Then how was I charged for a reservation he said didn't exist? I am more than a lot frustrated and would like this looked into and resolved. The man has no business working with the public. Don't stay here under any circumstances. You will regret it. I do."

"The front desk staff was excellent however the facility was only fair. TVs did not work, telephones did not work, and there were paint chips and spots on the bathroom floors. I chose La Quinta because of previous experience with several of La Quinta locations across the country, but this one needs an overhaul. It is not up to previous standards. I did not have any contact with housekeeping. As stated the desk staff are an asset but as the saying goes, they’re doing the best they can with what they have to work with."

"Overall, I will give this reading two stars because the room was not ready when I got there then it was barely clean. Customer service could be way better than what it was. Air conditioner was broken. Refrigerator didn’t get cold and we didn’t have any hot water. I was just grateful to have a place to stay."
