「The hotel is just perfect!!!! I seldom leave a review but my experience was so good that I must express my gratitude. The actual environment and cleanliness are even better than the photos. And the hotel vibe and environment is so relaxing which is much better than those hotels near the beach (which I had stayed in one of them before staying in Sa Cabana). 「We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. 「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」
