Fab staff Hannah, Helen and Puthi were brilliant and I felt safe as an individual travelling on my own. Parking great free and easy. Room great and light and tea and coffee provided. 「The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious. 」

「The properties is in good condition has nice rooms and has good food. Staff are friendly and efficient. You probably can only get there by car but there is plenty of car parking space and it could be used as a base to see a lot of of Norwich and surrounding area」

「Third time booking this hotel. Always lovely, clean, warm (radiators are always on before you arrive so the room is lovely and warm to get easy in). A lovely lady from concierge called me today to confirm my booking and ensure we had the details for the contactless check-in (access codes for the front door and key box) as we were due to arrive after she had left. Super friendly and welcoming. Room is lovely and clean, large comfy bed, clean bathroom and shower and even a space for cooking...
