It was impossible to find. No one available to answer the phone on our way to the property. The staff at the campus were very friendly and security helped us find our way around the vast site, without which we would have had to abandon our stay. It’s not very well sign posted. The accommodation was clean and private. Situated in the middle of a big field with lake 5 minutes walk away

Friendly reception staff, quick easy check in. Single en suite room suited my needs for attending a gig at the LCR 2 mins walk away. Shared kitchen with each room having a cupboard and fridge space allocated. Complimentary tea & coffee in the kitchen. Easy to get to by public transport. I took the train to Norwich and got the number 25 bus to the university (hotel is 3 mins walk from the stop) and back the next day to the station.

Fantastic hotel for gigs.

Perfect hotel for the uea music venue as it’s right next door. Beautiful surroundings too, lots of trees and a lake. Our only issue was the toilet was continuously filling up, you had to really pull the flush handle up after flushing, which we didn’t figure out until the morning. Everything else was perfect.
