「Nice view of the lake. Older hotel but seems well maintained and clean. Broken down truck used for maintenance storage taking up one of the handicapped parking spaces was not so great. Gentleman at the front desk was very friendly and took it upon himself to upgrade one of our rooms so we could be right next door to each other. Breakfast was pretty sad. We ended up walking down to Caribou Coffee for breakfast. Overall, good value for the price for a short-term stay.」

「Easy check in, great parking, nice clean room. Great pool and hot tub. Several fire pits with plentiful seating along the shoreline. On site restaurant was a bit pricey. No continental breakfast. Coffee not available in main lobby until 8 am - should be 6 am. Coffee maker in room made flavorless dark colored hot water. Yeah, I like my coffee early. Everything else about Larsmont Cottages was great.」

We went there for my daughter's birthday and everything like the water slide and hot tub were all shut down. 「This was a charming hotel. The location was a little interesting, and there is no back door clearly labeled that is adjacent to the parking lot (which is in the back), so we had to walk around the block to get there. It was not bad because my husband was with me, but I would have been nervous if I had been alone.
