"Villablanca was the perfect vacation place- great location- a 15 minute walk to La Crucecita or Santa Cruz and close to Many restaurants and beaches, or a easy and reasonable taxi ride. The grocery store Chedraui a 5-minute walk.away. The hotel isn't super fancy but very quaint and clean and has an authentic mexican feel. Amazing breakfast, and great pool area,.Hotel restaurant and Beach club restaurant had great food and specials! Our room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and air conditioning worked great! Wonderful and very friendly, helpful staff ( especially Omar and Alexandro-they would help you with anything you needed ) We'd definitely stay again!! Denise and Don"

"Just returned from 11 days at the resort and it could not have been much better. The staff were all fantastic! We had a great time durning the day with Francisco and Jose at the upper bar/restaurant and the evening staff with Ixtel and Eric were always there to make sure we were looked after!! Chester from the kitchen made sure we were always fed :) The housekeeping staff were amazing, our room was spotless every day and the bar fridge and water were refilled. The folded towel animals on the bed with the chocolates were a great added touch. The pool was spotless as was the entire pools area and everywhere on the property was immaculate. Some areas were more rustic than others but all were very clean and in great shape!! This is a smaller boutique type all inclusive resort. If you are looking for something a little more quiet but still having all the amenities, this is the spot for you. Most of the rooms are ocean facing, and there is enough variety in room choices to meet most everyone’s needs. This is definitely a spot we will be returning to!!"

"We stay at this hotel when we visit Hualuco. The economic value for this place is great, very clean and simple. If if you’re looking for a place to stay with a good breakfast and I’ll let you decide because everybody else has different taste for lunch and dinner. This is a great place to stay."

"The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down. "

"The breakfast and pool were fantastic. The room was clean and nice. It was great to have a kitchen. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The water pressure in the shower was poor, the beds were very firm, and we could not get WiFi in our room despite several attempts, which also meant the Roku tv did not work."
