The views were beautiful at this resort with all rooms facing the ocean. The resort was very clean with very friendly staff and plenty of areas to relax poolside or on the beach. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing authentic mexican holiday this is a great resort to stay at.

Very nice place. The bathroom was al little dirty otherwise room was perfect. We didn’t like that we couldn’t make the room cooler at night. Facilities beautiful! Breakfast was great! Dinner was ok. Beautiful beach with some waves. Would definitely come back!

The stay was quite disappointing in most respects. The one thing that saved our trip was the amazing services by the pool/beach-bar service. Reynaldo and Avelino were the two servers that saved our family vacation.

The management team was rude. Hurricane Erick hit while we stayed at this hotel and we were not able to go out due to the roads being flooded. So we had to stay in the hotel, we didn’t have a lot of food options. Luckily there was a starbucks inside the hotel and we at least had coffee. The pool was flooded and the kids were not able to get in for the remaining of our vacation. We were aware the pool was flooded with dirty due to the storm but the hotel staff did not do anything to make our stay better.

Very nice property. Although it was sold out it didn’t seem busy. We didn’t eat lunch or dinner at the resort. Breakfast was good. Our only complaint was the minimal communication we received regarding events etc. happening. Staff was very friendly

Everything was good overall: we didn’t get a hair dryer, hand towels, and our other didn’t have an ironing board, nor hand towels. The restaurants were fine. We had continental breakfast included, yet we weren’t able to take it off to the beach or anywhere else on the property. So if I only wanted a coffee, had to drink it at the restaurant or else they would charge. There were no coffeemakers in the rooms, nor in the hotel areas accessible to guests. The ADA access is also not available and I would not recommend this hotel for senior citizens who cannot climb up stairs. This is a requirement for accessing the pool, beach, restaurants, lobby area, and all facilities.

They only thing they have is a beautiful view and nice pool. The room was pretty run down. Furniture was old, inside and on patio. We had a leak in our roof. Our room didnt even come with towels. They do not provide a coffee maker. You can request one but it only comes with one regular and one decaf pods. You have pay for more. They have a coffee shop there but it doesnt open until 9. For a five star, expensive and non all-inclusive resort we were extremely disappointed. We stayed there only because a family member was getting married there. Restaurant and bar is really expensive. Will not go back and do not recommend. Find somewhere that cares to make your well earned holiday a good time.

We stayed 5 nights, and booked our reservation in Dec 2024. We noticed that Expedia was advertising the room rate much cheaper and including breakfast during the time of our stay. I inquired at the front desk if the hotel would release the reservation without a charge and we could rebook under the much cheaper rate. The front desk staff agreed, so I called Expedia to have them release the reservation. After an hour on the phone with Expedia and near the end of the call, the front desk staff changed their minds and would not release the room without charging us for the remaining 4 nights. They also said they couldn’t do anything about including breakfast with our reservation. We ended up spending much more for our reservation and had to purchase breakfast, which is a steap amount of pesos per person. Also…. The hotel cleaning staff were also very pushy and woke me up on 2 occasions when I had the do not disturb sign on my door. The beach surf was rough all 5 days of our stay, so we had to leave to go to different calmer beaches Overall, I feel like there is much better value in other resorts in the area.

La Habitacion muy comoda, nis dieron ascenso de categoria, instalaciones del hotel muy bonitas, el hotel es muy bueno, la comida esta muy bien, solo un detalle que nos paso el dia de salida, aun faltaban 2 horas y entro personal de limpieza cuando aun estabamos adentro de la habitación, fue una situación muy incomoda que nos genero mucha desconfianza, por ese recuerdo no se si volveriamos, ya que te queda una sensacion de desconfianza.

El personal muy amable, pero la habitación ya necesita cambio de mobiliario y mantenimiento, la terraza los dos días que estuvimos no la barrieron estaba muy sucia. La comida también le falta variedad y sabor, muy cara en relación a la calidad y precio.
