南區旅館

「2泊しました！ 地下鉄の駅まで徒歩約10分くらいで便が良かったです。 ブティックホテルと書いてあったので、カップル専用かもしれないとも考えつつ弟と泊まりましたが、問題ありませんでした。 家族でも大丈夫です。 チェックイン、アウト時にはスタッフはおらず、あらかじめメールで来るパスワードを入れてホテルに入り、入室します。 エレベーターはなく、地下二階のお部屋でした。地下二階ですが、窓からは何故か外が見えました。 スリッパ、パジャマ、歯磨きセットはありませんが、ドライヤー、シャンプー等はありました。 ベッドも大きく、素泊まりでたくさん観光し、帰ったら寝るだけだったので、とても快適でした。 Netflixが室内のテレビで見れました。 夜間帰ってくると、スタッフがおり、とてもフレンドリーで素敵でした。 スペインが恋しいです。」

「Bom local, perto da estação de trem, só o quarto que era muito apertado, mas não fez a viagem menos incrível por isso. O banheiro por ser compartilhado era extremamente limpo e do ladinho do quarto.. Todos os dias que ficamos lá não cruzamos com ninguém, era como se fosse só nosso.」

「Gostei muito da acomodação. Fiquei 4 noites e tive uma ótima experiência. O quarto é bem organizado e limpo, as toalhas eram trocadas diariamente e os funcionários foram muito prestativos. Recomendo!」

「Great hotel in a lovely area close to two different metro lines. The arrival and departure processes were really easy, staff were kind, and the room was very thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The pull out couch was very easy to use and the room felt spacious and comfortable. The shower was fantastic! As was the communal kitchen where coffee and tea were offered. Would wholeheartedly recommend this stay and a quick walk over to Alma Nomad Fabrica for amazing croissants and pastries.」

「整个西班牙订了那么多酒店中最糟糕的，被标题迷惑以为是套房，就算不是套房那面积还大，就算面积不大那还有独立的卫生间 不是的，什么都没有，在一个居民楼里，我们提着箱子找了1到5楼，最后没办法一个个按门铃找到的，4-5间客房公用一个卫生间，淋浴房水还下不去，房间极小，体验感极差，感觉十分不安全，原本付了2晚钱，果断第二晚重新找酒店订了； 酒店服务更差，已提早写邮件大约晚上7点到，打电话过去工作人员表示不知道，并且让我到他们办公室拿钥匙，我说我刚到马德里，大包小包行李能不能送过来，工作人员说她不会送过来，最后提着行李去找办公室，花了1个多小时时间，从我们7点到酒店到最后入住是晚上10点，身心疲惫； 无论从工作人员的态度和入住的体验感上，都十分让人不适，让我们在马德里的第一天十分不愉快，强烈不推荐这个酒店」

「Amazing location - right on the shopping sheet with a tiny balcony for people-watching with a cheeky gin and tonic. Really quiet with french doors closed. Amazing location. Walkable to everywhere. Room was lovely with everything we needed. Will definitely book again if we come back to Madrid. Thank you! 」

「Este no es un Hotel sino un departamento que rentan por habitaciones. Ofrecen en hoteles.com la mejor habitacion del apartamento pero al llegar te la cambian por una mas pequeña y sencilla sin baño privado. Le rentan la misma habitacion a varios huespedes y al final se configura la estafa que repiten ciclicamente. Ofrecen lavanderia y no la dejan usar. Luego se hace reclamacion y no aceptan lonque hacen. Muy mal lugar nada recomendado. La habitacion tiene mala la cerradura y se hace insegura....
