Bom local, perto da estação de trem, só o quarto que era muito apertado, mas não fez a viagem menos incrível por isso. O banheiro por ser compartilhado era extremamente limpo e do ladinho do quarto.. Todos os dias que ficamos lá não cruzamos com ninguém, era como se fosse só nosso.

Check in was VERY difficult. I booked through Expedia that gives scam warnings against putting your credit card into any other website. To do the traveler check in you must put in your card. I changed my SIM card to travel and they sent a text to my American sim, making me unable to check in without switching.

MUITO RUIM

Quarto horrível, só tinha ventilador e aquecedor, um travesseiro horrível que mais parecia uma parede de tão alto e duro, péssima limpeza, tinha cabelo no chão do box quando entramos no banheiro, cacos de vidro no chão do quarto por toda parte, como se tivessem quebrado um espelho. Só recebi o e-mail informando sobre o check-out 1 dia depois que cheguei no Brasil. Resumindo, péssimo quarto, péssimo atendimento, péssima limpeza. A localização é mais ou menos, fica a 20 minutos da Gran Via de metrô.

The only issue I had was checking in. It was not difficult, but lengthy. We didn't have the correct app, or WiFi which made it a bit difficult. If your phone dies while you are out, you won't get in. Secondly you can't get in the room until exactly 3:00. The room was very nice, clean, quiet, and was a short walk to the train. It was my first experience with self check in and would do it again now that I know what to do. Would be nice if it was easier to check in.

Ho avuto un problema, con l email, erroneamente ho sbagliato a scrivere la mia email, di conseguenza non mi è arrivata la notifica per entrare nella casa, servizio clienti inesistente, al telefono non ti rispondo, tramite email ti rispondo dopo giorni. Alla fine ho dovuto prenotare un altro alloggio. Nell appartamento alla fine non ci sono neanche entro. Pagando e non usufruendo della camera. Non consiglio, poiché se hai bisogno di un aiuto, sei completamente abbandonato a te stesso. Vergognoso.

*Mold Alert* This was one of the most disappointing and unclean stays I've ever had. The biggest problem that I had with the hotel is the fact that our room had a strong mold smell, which we later learned that our private bathroom was covered in mold (mainly in the shower and ceiling). It was very apparent that the bathroom wasn't cleaned before and even long before our stay. My partner and I had to endure this for an entire night seen that we arrived late (it was self check in) and we had to put my health in jeopardy because it was too late to find a replacement and we were extremely tired from our travels. I later tried reaching out to the staff through expedia and I never received any response. Aside from the mold, there was markings on the walls. It is a shame that the property management team is allowing people to stay in such conditions.

Cominciamo con ordine: 1-zona urbana molto decadente con negozi e bar scadenti e strade piene di rifiuti urbani 2-interno dell'albergo con finiture scadenti (pavimento in linoleum di bassa qualità e scale anguste) 3-bagno con lavabo di PICCOLISSIME dimensioni e fornito di 2 soli teli da bagno senza asciugamani, doccia senza miscelatore e doccetta 4-pochissime grucce appendiabiti (n.3 totali) e nessun armadio 5-impossibile chiudere le veneziane esterne senza il rischio di cadere dalla finestra 6-porta di ingresso all'appartamento con serratura danneggiata (ma funzionante) di cui è stata data immediata segnalazione tramite il sito con opportuna foto allegata 7-la vostra presentazione dell'albergo era decisamente allettante rispetto a quanto si è trovato, quindi suppongo che voi non abbiate mai visitato l'albergo offerto 8-personalmente non consiglierei mai a nessun amico di utilizzare questa struttura
