The pipes busted 2 days into our stay. All of our personal belongings were soaked. We were forced to evacuate and find a another hotel. We were told we would have a full refund but it hasn't come yet. It was a nightmare.

Staff was great and nice. 1st room had a broken couch, so they kindly moved us, not big deal. 2nd room had broken bathroom fan and broken shower curtain. I didn't want to move again, so didn't even call the desk. I think the rooms should be inspected for this basic handyman stuff. But again, the staff themselves were great.

Noise everywhere, they claimed their were moving ac unit. The hall way door would slam when maintenance used it. Owner said it needed to fixed.

When I checked in the girl was nice but you could definitely tell she didn’t want to be there. The whole hotel smelt like bud, and during the night multiple people were knocking on other people’s doors, and the person across the hall from us left their room at least 6 times between 1am-6am and would slam their door every time. The elevator feels like it’s going to break any minute and the place overall just felt sketchy. If my partner and I hadn’t made plans the following day in town we discussed leaving at 4am because we just felt unsafe. We ended up putting the desk chair in front of our door. If you carry definitely bring it. We didn’t because we went to a sporting event but we wish we would’ve brought ours. The comforter was stained, pull out couch was broken and the pillows on the bed were decorative pillows you’d put on a couch. The bathroom floor was slimy. We will definitely not stay here again.

Even though the staff was very apologetic the hotel unfortunately is not very clean Unfortunately we encountered rooms that smelled like smoke, dirty floors, cockroaches, and bedbugs. Was brought to hotels attention and was refunded.

The condition of the room was okay, but not good. When you walk off the elevator the carpet was stained and dirty and overall housekeeping was lacking. I had Ukrainian guests with me and I would not want to bring anyone back to this hotel.

Nothing even looked clean. Trash on the hallway floor on 2nd floor. Card wouldnt work on the door, the battery was dead. Changed rooms. The front desk people were nice. The carpect was old and nasty looking. The breakfast area was awful! The floor was sticky, the waffle iron didnt work. You had to hold the front of the juice fountain closed in order to get juice. Place was terrible! I made 2 trips there, first and last!

Okay. Not worth it. Property is very outdated and in need of repairs. Our room came equipped with 4 huge beetle type bugs that were on the walls near the ceiling. We informed the front desk and asked if they would spray/remove them. They offered to move us but we were on our way out so we asked if they could just kill them and remove them. When we returned many hours later the bugs were still in place. They never moved so I presume they were dead; but still made me question the cleanliness of things. Bathroom door never closed and there was a broken hanger in the closet. Overall not the worst place I’ve ever stayed in, but pretty close.
