「Great for what it is, just spent the night. It was clean and that's all I needed.」

「We reserved a two double bed with kitchen for 4 days and everything went great especially since it's located in Columbus GA was a very nice city. Plenty of stores and restaurants to get us by on our mini vacation.」

「Upon arrival we were asked if we would like refresh/house keeping during our stay of 5 days, we said yes. Not once did we get any service. On day 3, I asked the desk to make sure we were indeed on the list for services, asked for fresh towels and what to do with our garbage, seeing we had a kitchen/suite with food rubbish and no garbage bags were in any of our receptacles to start. Day 4, again no services and we were now out of toilet paper. To the front desk again we went. The floors were...

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」

「The room was not cleaned prior to arrival. Any metal fixture in the room was rusted over and the furniture was broken or falling apart. The toilet was not scrubbed and I found trash in the bed underneath the pillow. I was transferred to the second room with similar issues and chose to leave the premise rather than stay. Reviews were inaccurate and this neighborhood in Columbus is not a safe area to stay.」
