「Everything was superb it was a great experience I’m definitely staying again 」

「We had a great stay at this clean, modern, beautiful Marriott. Great location on the Chattahoochee River with a river walk trail right outside the back of the hotel. A bridge going over the river lets you walk around uptown Columbus. Our room was clean and comfortable. Only one drawback - the water pressure of the shower was super weak. The staff at the front desk were all super friendly as well as the maid assigned to our floor. The staff at the bistro were not quite as friendly in the...

「Room had housekeepers notepad left in it, no remote for TV in room, sink clogged with old toothpaste caps, sink leaked at faucet onto counter top, paint missing in multiple spots, blue ink stains on sheets I could go on and on but I won't. Took a chance on mixed reviews for this hotel, but won't be back. My advise, spend $20 more bucks and go ANYWHERE else.」

「Horrendous place! Not save at all!! Very unprofessional staff. Rooms smell bad, dirty and Roaches and bugs everywhere!!! No housekeeping services so rooms were filthy dirty! Would not even bother to throw out the trash! No soap nor shampoo! Please do NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!」

「They moved me to another hotel before I got to this hotel and the other one was dirty and very nasty it has a lot of roaches infested and dirty bed sheets I asked to move and they moved me to a smokers room with blood on the walls I left and paid for a different room it was too terrible.」

「It's roach infested. The halls smelled terrible which seeped into the rooms, had to buy a glade plug-in to get rid of the smell. The tub was dirty, had to clean it myself. There was a smushed roach on the headboard which leads me to believe the housekeeping staff is trash. If you book for more than two people, the others can't connect to wifi. The smoke detector beeped every 5-10 seconds even when we took the batteries out. *Do not spend your money here, go down the road to the Sleep In.....

「Clean and Quiet. Bed is good. Looks better than outside. A good choice. Need deposit, but return the deposit should be at 11:00am . Wait until 11:00Am, waste my time. 」

「We stayed for four nights. Hot shower water was non existent on some days. We got locked out of our room because the batteries died in the door lock. Staff on duty were not able to fix it. We had to wait an hour for someone else to show up and repair the lock. Pool was closed the entire stay. 」

「Friendly, accommodating staff. Quiet and cozy setting. The room, lobby, pool, was well maintained and clean. Easy to find, and close to shopping, restaurants, and freeway. I would stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. I cannot think of anything else to say, it was a pleasant experience.」
