「Neighboring hotels are loud with music and a busy beach. Room itself wasn’t bad but the balcony does open up to a busy beach. Hallways and elevators were dirty and it appears A/C was not active outside of the rooms. Parking lot was easy. No overnight staff. North Myrtle Beach is nicer」

「The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...

「We had a bumpy start with a late check in, and the place not being cleaned properly (dirty dishes in the dish washer, towels in the washer, not swept). That said, Maria from Landing went above and beyond to make sure to remedy that by sending a care package with everything needed for our week stay. 「Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view.」

「Like that it was 3 bedroom condo close to most things didn’t like we had to kinda ask people around what was available to us because everything was not available red flag also it’s an old unit thing’s needed to be updated bugs inside unit which was to me was unacceptable 」

「Our first trip to Myrtle Beach. We were with 4 sixteen yr old girls (Birthday Party) but felt safe and was able to see them at the beach from our balcony. Would recommend staying in tower 1 or 2 and not on the second floor, Third tower is overlooking the lazy river, which was noisy and crowded. Will be back to stay. 」
