「Really enjoyed our stay! The room was one of the cleanest hotel rooms we've been in in a long time, great job! Casino was clean as well, and the staff were great!」

「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. Secondly, the bottom of the swimming pool appears dirty, making it impossible to determine whether the water is clean or dirty.」
