The gym & spa are excellent (sauna nice & hot) and dinner at the slope room always good. Breakfast OK, tho coffee roast way too ‘lite & bright’. Room amenities were good, tho wear & tear is starting to show, some more attentive maintenance maybe. Overall a pretty good value for Vail.

This is a very nice property with an excellent location in Vail Village. The spa and gym facilities are very impressive for a hotel. However, for the one night we were there the hot tubs and the steam room were broken. This was very unfortunate, as this was one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. In addition, the elevator was broken on the day we checked out.

Great stay!

When we arrived there were some issues with our room that the maintenance could not resolve. The staff headed by Chris upgraded us to a lovely accommodation and we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the restaurant and our waiter, Josh, took great care of us.

Beatiful hotel and room! Spa is incredible, only wish it had a pool because it was a very hot weekend. Bunk beds were not easy to get in and out of because if you weren't very careful you would hit your head (which one of us did).
