The staff were friendly and professional, and when we had a small issue it was handled quickly and efficiently. The airport shuttle was also excellent and very convenient. Did not receive my wake up call and exceptionally rude person working this morning at breakfast after I asked and was told told I could help myself at something someone ended coming out of the kitchen not knowing I asked I told him but he still ended lipping me off. Might benefit from some training and will never stay there again "

"The room was clean but very dated. A few water stains in ceiling and peeling wallpaper. Not really that bad. Price reflects the condition. It’s fair. I would not stay here with small children, room very small. but it is fine for a what it is: a motel for travelling. Had an unusual experience though. At 3:15am the room phone rang. This was actually 4:15 am because it was time change day. It woke me and I answered it. No one there. I Hung up. Same thing again. Phone rings. So this time I unplugged it. Then 30s later a knock on the room door. The rooms are only accessible from outside. Damn sure I wasn’t opening the door at 4am to the parking lot in this part of town. So I open the curtain and it’s the guy from the lobby. Through the window , I ask him what he wants , he said “you need something ?” He was holding some clear garbage bags. I said no and he walked away. This was all strange for the time of day and disrupted my otherwise decent sleep. "
