「Staff are good. I booked one king size bed room. It was on the lower level and next to the parking space. I didn’t feel comfortable or safe. Would be better to ask customer if it’s okay the room will be in lower level. Then customer will decide. I would not mind paying extra and to feel safe. 」

「Neighbours kept us up very late up till 3:00 AM. Room had a musky smell. Bed was uncomfortable and blanket was thin. Bathroom wasn’t very nice either. Front desk lady was kind.」

「这次是来密西沙加的bell公司出差，在国内的时候查谷歌地图找到这家离bell最近，hotels上有活动所以来这定了。免费WiFi网速非常一般，下东西估计够呛，免费早餐很不错，每周一到周三晚上有甜点，冰淇淋意大利面还不错，交通不是很便利，来回机场有车接送，但是自己平时去市中心的Eaton或者yorkdale要转至少两趟公交，而且多伦多公交比国内还贵，而且多伦多冬天很冷，有驾照周末出去转最好租辆车，不然等公交能冻死。 酒店没有拖鞋，这点有些不爽，也没牙具，很后悔没带自己的电动牙刷」

「The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 .
